We will have a sharing circle with music therapy and wine, gently starting the experience with deep conversations, true connection and a cozy atmosphere. You will indulge in interesting and therapeutic art activities with musical instruments and painting that will help you express your emotions. Those who wish can relax even more with a glass of wine.

Then you will relax in the embrace of a guided musical meditation in a swing (similar to a hammock) – a fully immersive experience that balances the mind and recharges the senses.

This is not just an event – ​​it is a ritual of recharging that you can give to someone you love, with or without an occasion!

The service includes:

• Music therapy in a cradle for one person at Prenatal Space Music Therapy, Sofia
• Art therapy activities
• Guided meditation
• A glass of Bulgarian wine - white, rose or red
• Professional therapist

• The experience lasts 120 minutes.
• The event takes place every last Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
• Minimum number of participants - 3, maximum number of participants - 7.
• The service is suitable for people over 18 years old.
