Plan To Be New8 is created for each of you. New8 is a choice. A choice to stop the noise. To stop for a moment and hear clearly where you are… and where you want to be!

New8 aims to support your overall well-being, which includes improvements in your physical and mental health. Within 8 hours, through the combination of conscious movement, meditation, breathing techniques and work on psychological well-being and harmony, the program aims to balance the body and mind. This can lead to improvements in metabolism, stress reduction and the creation of better eating habits, as well as a rhythm of life. The results are related to your conscious participation and personal commitment to the process.

The program includes meditation, visualization and awareness practices - basic yoga, breathing and creative practices, as well as mental training. Its main goal is to help you touch the notion of awareness, change, discipline, movement and gives very specific directions for integrating the practices into everyday life.

New8 is held within 8 hours, in a limited group of 20 participants, in isolation and silence, with each participant having the opportunity to address the program leader and his assistants regarding their needs and questions throughout the day. Isolation and silence are key to creating a safe and supportive space of balance and harmony, which allows New8 participants to focus entirely on their personal work and inner growth. The program has no gender restrictions, but it is recommended that you be 18 years or older.

The leader is Bilyana Savova - creator of personal transformation programs for adults and children under the Plan to Be brand. She is a winner of numerous awards in various fields and a lecturer at various motivational seminars and corporate events of the largest business companies in Bulgaria.

• Healthy lunch with a vegan menu with completely unprocessed or minimally processed ingredients and drinks

• Address: The service takes place in the Resonator space or in another similar hall, as specified upon booking.
• The duration of the service is 8 hours.
• The service is held once a month from 9 am to 5 pm.
• The program includes basic yoga, breathing and creative practices, as well as mental training.
• The program is held in complete silence, and immediately before the start you will receive a phone number for access to the program team, which will be active throughout the day.
• The service is held in a group with a maximum capacity of 20 participants.
• It is recommended that participants be 18 years old or older.
• No prior experience with yoga and meditation is required.
• A vegan lunch menu is provided, which can be tailored to your diet or health needs.
• Bringing your own food is not allowed unless you have a doctor's prescription.
• Recommended clothing - sporty, comfortable.
• Slippers, a meditation pillow and hat, a small aroma eye pillow, a yoga mat and a blanket are provided during the experience.
• The service is suitable for pregnant women, and you need to notify us in advance about your pregnancy so that we can provide a meditation pillow or chair for your comfort.
• If you have any illnesses or ailments, you must notify us when booking.
• Advance reservation is required
