A gift voucher is a document (electronic or paper) that certifies the holder's right to choose and use an experience from the Makaroon.bg platform. Each voucher has a unique number, validity and instructions for use. The voucher can be for a specific experience from the platform or for a value for an experience of choice.

Yes, you can purchase a voucher of a value you specify (for example, 100 BGN), which the recipient can use for an experience of their choice from the site. This is a convenient option if you are not sure what the person would like. You can also give a Boxy box as a gift. It includes a variety of experiences from which the recipient chooses without having to pay extra.

We accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay through the EPay.bg system, at Easy Pay offices, cash on delivery upon delivery of a gift envelope or in person at our office at the address: Sofia, 86 Osogovo Street.

When ordering an experience, you can choose whether we send the certificate by email or in a gift envelope to the address you specify / to an Econt office / to an Econtomat or BoxNow machine.You can also pick up your voucher directly from our office in Sofia at 86 Osogovo Street.We send the electronic certificate after we receive payment.The delivery of the gift certificate ordered by 5:00 PM is the next business day to the address you specify / to an Econt office / to an Econtomat or BoxNow machine.

If you choose to receive the certificate by email, it can be printed or presented as a photo/shown from a phone to the service organizers on the day of the experience.If you choose delivery in a gift envelope, we will send the certificate to the address or office of Econt you specified. In this case, the certificate must also be presented to the service organizers on the day of the experience.

The validity of the certificates is 12 months.Value vouchers and Boxy boxes are valid for 24 months: 12 months for choosing an experience and another 12 months for using it.The validity of the given experience is explicitly stated in the description of each service, as well as on the voucher itself.

Each certificate issued by us is a unique document with an identification number and terms of the experience, certifying that the user has agreed to the terms of the service organizer.Extension of validity by another 6 months is possible for an additional fee, before the certificate expires.

The dates on which the experiences take place depend on the service organizer's schedule, as well as weather conditions. Some experiences have pre-fixed dates and times.For more information, read the terms and conditions of the specific experience or contact us.

A purchased certificate can be canceled by the person who purchased it, within 14 days after receiving the certificate. It is necessary for the person who purchased the certificate to send us an email with the voucher number and to express a desire to cancel the order. Refunds from Macron OOD are made by bank transfer.

Reservations for an experience are made only after a purchased and paid certificate. The team at www.makaroon.bg can check with the service provider whether a reservation can be made on a specific day and time desired by the client. After that, you need to purchase a certificate and then you can make your reservation.

You can replace the service you see listed on your certificate with any service on the makaroon.bg platform within its validity period by sending us an email to office@makaroon.bg with your voucher number and a link to the service you would like to replace it with. In response, you will receive a voucher for the service you have chosen, or information about the amount and method of additional payment in case the service you want to replace with is of a higher value. When replacing, the name of the recipient of the certificate remains the same.

Once you receive your certificate, contact the organizer listed in the experience description and provide the voucher number. They will offer you available dates and confirm the reservation.

For weather-dependent experiences (e.g. hot air ballooning, drifting, bungee jumping), the date may be changed due to unsuitable weather conditions.
