You will be part of an unforgettable adventure, led by a well-trained professional search dog and its handler. You will get to know the truffle up close through our well-presented talk and have the opportunity to taste at the end of the experience.

A one-of-a-kind experience

From the moment you arrive, you'll feel like you're being ushered into a closely guarded secret. You will park your cars at a location given by the driver and from there a train will pick you up, which will take you deep into the forest. If you wish, you can also walk along the forest road, which is well marked.

Take a breath, because the adventure is just beginning!

Upon arrival at the appointed place, we will charge you with the energy of the forest, collected in a cup of fragrant linden blossom tea. While sipping your forest tea, you'll also hear an intriguing informative talk. After this short break, we will proceed to the real part - the hunt.

We will introduce you to the search dog and its experienced handler. In the next few minutes, it will be your guide through the forest. This amazing finder will reveal the secret - how and where truffles are found.

And after the hunt and the walk, having already gained experience and the necessary knowledge to appreciate these "precious mushrooms", you will move on to trying them.

At the tasting you will have the opportunity to taste:

1. Bruschetta with black summer truffle pasta based on olive paste.
2. Bruschetta with white truffle pasta - based on mushroom pasta and borscht truffle.
3. Bruschetta with white truffle "Royal Sauce" - based on cream, cheese, white truffle type borchi and magnum.
4. Chocolate candies with pieces of white and black truffle - the first Bulgarian chocolate candies that contain pieces of white and black truffle.
5. Min. water - 1 butt. (330 ml.)/ per person
6. Linden tea collected and prepared from the linden forest nearby
7. A glass of wine from local producers.

• The duration of the whole tour is 90 minutes
• After the demonstration, tourists are invited to a gourmet tasting of high-class certified truffle products
• At the tasting you will try: bruschetta with pasta from: black summer truffle, white truffle and "Sauce Royale" with white truffle, each bruschetta on a different base of special pasta. Chocolate candies with pieces of white and black truffle, as well as a glass of wine from local producers .
• Each visitor will have the opportunity to receive competent information about each of the products, as well as to purchase from them.
