• Myrtle sorbet

Menu 2:

• Fried white fish (crispy seasonal fish) - 300 g
• Trophies with traditional Genoese pesto (prepared in a mortar and pestle, with basil, pine nuts and parmesan), potatoes and green beans 350 - g
• Sea bass fillet in a Ligurian herb crust, with candied cherry tomatoes - 300 g
• Tart with pine nuts nuts and cream - 180 g
