Bread therapy for couples is a unique group experience for partners who want to get to know each other more deeply, build trust, strengthen emotional intimacy and experience something truly different together.

This is not a culinary course, but a therapeutic practice that uses the joint kneading of bread as a symbolic process of the relationship between two people. While the dough rests, couples perform specially selected practices that help them relax, hear each other more deeply and build more warmth, respect and friendship with each other:

The workshop includes:

1. Theme of the experience - each date is dedicated to a different theme - trust, intimacy, teamwork, sharing, tenderness, gratitude, shared dreams or another therapeutic direction. The theme also determines the type of bread that the couple creates.

2. Kneading a common bread - both partners knead one loaf, which naturally leads to synchrony, touch, a common rhythm and a feeling of creating "ours".

3. Folding the dough - every 30 minutes we do a folding - a movement that symbolizes strengthening the structure, arranging and building the relationship.

4. Partner practices - during the breaks (about 25 minutes) the couples do:

• trust exercises
• short touching conversations
• visualizations for the relationship
• psychophysical techniques for synchronization
• mini-games for tenderness and closeness
• rituals of gratitude and acceptance

Everything is gentle, unobtrusive and suitable for any type of couple - from new relationships to long-term partners. At the end of the practice, the couples leave with the kneaded dough. The bread is baked at home after it has fully risen - this is the last part of the ritual.
