Bread Therapy for Children is a creative, fun and therapeutic workshop that combines bread kneading, art therapy, play practices and visualizations, created especially for children.

This is not a culinary course, but an experience in which young participants develop their imagination, patience, fine motor skills and confidence through creating with their hands.

During the workshop, children knead their own bread, learn through play, fantasize through visualizations, create through art therapy, sing, draw and participate in thematic games, create friendships and laughter. The experiences take place in a cozy, safe and creative environment, fully adapted for children.

While the dough rises and bakes, children immerse themselves in creative tasks, selected according to the theme of the specific workshop, which is different each time: "Brave Heart", "Cheerful Bread", "Bread Friendship", "The Dough of Kindness" and others. The breads are also different - with raisins, cheese or seeds, depending on the theme and the age of the group.

At the end of the workshop, each child leaves with their own baked bread, made by their own hands, with their own energy and imagination.
