Simeon Stankovich, whom you may know from the famous reality show "Games of the Will" is the falconer who takes care of these beautiful creatures. He personally raises them, trains them and is responsible for the entire experience. The falconer will introduce you to birds of prey, their interesting history, habits and funny stories.
