The iconic Mexican dishes have an excellent complex taste and seem to tell distant stories that you want to try again and again. And when served with a gentle twist of modern note and unconventional reading, Mexican masterpieces in the kitchen turn into a true fiesta for the senses…
Inspired and overwhelmed by this Mexican concept of taste explosion, you're probably saying that it all sounds too good to be a reality. In Sofia, two young lovers of Mexico's culture, music, lifestyle and cuisine have opened the first modern classic Mexican restaurant in Bulgaria.
They are young experimenters with a proven sense of aesthetics, because they are musicians and hip-hopers at heart, and in their new endeavor they are inspired by the idea of a strong closeness between Mexican and native culture, customs and lifestyles. Lacho and Delian not only open their next restaurant in Sofia, they start a delicious Latin cuisine lesson, which we can finally learn in the company of traditional tequila-based cocktails, a special selection of wines and, of course, mezcal.

The menu includes:
- Guacamole (fresh avocado paste with red onion, green pepper and cherry tomato), served with authentic homemade Corn Chips.
- Quesadilla Chicken with Mole (an authentic Mexican sauce, including over 50 ingredients). The quesadilla is a baked wheat tortilla filled with Cheddar, Chicken with Mole, marinated onion, corn and pineapple. Served with homemade sauces, Salsa Avocado, Chipotle Mayo.
- Chili con Carne (A flavorful stew based on black beans and ground beef) served over rice. The portion is for sharing by 2 people. 900 g.
- Two desserts of your choice depending on availability in the restaurant.
