• The balloon is attached to the ground with ropes, rises to a maximum height of 70 m, and then descends back.
• You need to be on site at the specified location 15-20 minutes before the start.
• The service is year-round, it is carried out early in the morning, when there is no wind.
• The service is carried out in a group of 8 to 10 people in the presence of a licensed pilot.
• Persons under the age of 18 can participate, accompanied by a parent and after filling out a written consent.
• The service is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
• The service is not suitable for persons weighing more than 115 kg.
• You need to call the day before your reservation between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to confirm the appropriate weather forecast for the next day.
• In the morning, before leaving for the location, it is advisable to call the pilot for final confirmation that the weather is suitable and the panoramic ascent will take place.
• The service is subject to weather conditions.
• Advance reservation is required.
