Frequently asked questions

     1) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card, through the EPay.bg system, in Easy Pay offices, with cash on delivery upon delivery of a gift envelope.


     2) How and when will I receive the certificate of survival?

When ordering an experience, you can choose whether to send the certificate by email or in a gift bag to the address you specify / to the office of Econt.

We send the electronic certificate as soon as we receive the payment.

The delivery of the gift certificate is on the next working day to the address or office of Econt.


     3) Do I have to print the certificate?

In case you choose to receive the certificate by email, it must be printed and presented to the organizers of the service on the day of the experience.

If you choose to choose delivery in a gift bag, we will send the certificate to the address or office of Econt specified by you. In this case, too, the certificate must be presented to the organizers of the service on the day of the experience.


     4) How long is the certificate valid?

The validity of the certificates is 6 months for most services.

The description of each service, as well as the voucher itself, explicitly states the validity of the experience.


    5) Can I extend the validity of the certificate?

Each certificate issued by us is a unique document with an identification number and conditions of the experience, certifying that the user has agreed with the conditions of the organizer of the service.

Extension of validity for another 6 months is possible for an additional fee. This does not apply only to cases in which it was impossible to use the certificate for reasons beyond the control of the end customer and after explicit confirmation by email from Macaron Ltd.


     6.) Can I add more people to an already purchased certificate?

Contact us for more information, we will check with the organizer what the possibilities are.


     7) Can I book a specific date to use my certificate?

The dates on which the experiences take place depend on the schedule of the service organizer, as well as on the weather conditions. Some experiences have pre-fixed dates and times.

     8) Can I cancel an already purchased certificate?

You can cancel a certificate you have already purchased within 14 days of purchasing it. For more information, read the general conditions or contact us.

     

     9) Can I book an experience to buy later?

We cannot guarantee how long a proposal will be valid.

We recommend that you purchase a certificate that you can use in the next 6 months. The order can be canceled and the amount refunded within 14 days after purchase.


     10) I want to surprise a friend with the certificate, is it possible for the delivery to be made on a certain day and time?

We can arrange delivery on a specific day and time at an additional cost. Contact us for more information.


    11) Can I order a certificate by phone?

Yes, of course, contact us and we will organize everything over the phone.
