- 2х Appetizer: Beef marrow - cooked on low heat, garnished with warm crostini, sauteed cherries, roasted garlic, drizzled with Port Vine, confetti and smoked pepper
- 2х Main course: Beef steak black angus - served with risotto Porcini - mushroom, confited fruit, spread asparagus, drizzled with Porto Zhu sauce with rosemary
