• The bicycle is picked up by the customer at 8:00 a.m. at the earliest and returned to the address by 5:00 p.m. on the same day.
• When picking up the bike, you must present an ID card.
• Persons under the age of 18 may participate with a companion
  
• If desired, the bicycle can be transported free of charge to a pre-arranged address within Pamporovo and Smolyan.
• The service runs from April to October.
• The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• In case you are unable to use the voucher while the service is running, you can exchange the voucher for another service within the validity period
• Advance booking is required
