The hot farm is located in the village of Strashimirovo, 15 km from the city of Varna, just a few minutes from the remarkable Pobiti kamani.

The hot farm is the first of its kind in Bulgaria, established as a family business nearly 10 years ago.

The Rodinovi family are farmers with many years of experience in growing various vegetables. As a joke, they set up the farm and started growing hot peppers for their own health purposes, and slowly came to the production of jam, sauces, spices, olive oil, dried peppers and much more.

They grow about 150 varieties of peppers and close the production cycle - planting, plucking the fruit, to the finished product and do it all by hand.

Of course, only the highest quality peppers are used - the quality control of our products is entirely manual. It starts with the selection of the healthiest, most ripe peppers.

Additionally, the husks, skins and seeds are separated. The treatment of each pepper makes the finished product gentle on the stomach and suitable even for people with gastritis, ulcers and other stomach problems. All products contain only pure hot pepper sauce without spices, no vegetables, no colors.

The host will meet you and walk you around the farm, and then we continue with a conversation about hot peppers. Information about each variety of hot peppers, where it comes from, how it is created. What are the specifics of growing hot peppers. There will be a tasting of all products on the farm, and each participant has the opportunity to try each product.

The hosts will share authentic recipes, cooking methods, as well as useful properties and applications of hot.

In the end, everyone will leave with a gift!
