Enjoy a journey through time and immerse yourself in the centuries-old history of winemaking in the Bononia Estate area with a talk personally led by the General Manager! During the tour, you will learn more about the traditions and specifics of wine production, about the local grape varieties and their characteristics, and you will get to know our different vintages and wine brands. You will have the opportunity to see our carefully restored barrel rooms in a building from 1895! The tour also includes a visit to our unique winemaking vessels, made by a renowned Italian manufacturer, especially for Bononia Estate. The tour ends with a talk in the wine shop and a look at some unique exhibits related to wine production.

Wine tasting is a sensory odyssey - a symphony of flavors, aromas and textures that transcend the boundaries of time and place. Wine is a combination of nature's bounty and human ingenuity, which invites everyone to try not just an alcoholic drink, but a story - a fascinating tale of vineyards and craftsmanship.
