• The service is valid from Sunday to Thursday.
• The service is available from October to May.
• For a child over 10 years old, 50% of the price is charged, and for a child under 10 years old, 60 BGN (€ 30.67) per day is charged.
• Children from 0-4 years old are accommodated free of charge, and here the accommodation is in a family studio or a family apartment with two separate double rooms according to availability.
• Pets with established habits and up to 10 kg are allowed in the hotel without additional charge.
• Advance reservation is required.

• The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• In case you are unable to use the voucher while the terms allow, you can contact us and choose another service within the validity period.
