Come and cook trakhana together in an authentic Yakorudian setting

In some cultures, trakhana is considered a traditional food and has variations in its preparation and use. It is known for its taste, long shelf life, and nutritional value. It is intended to be used for winter, but it is so delicious that it can be eaten all year round. It is prepared with tomatoes, roasted peppers, onions, and fennel. The “secret” ingredient is kvass. It is known for its slightly sour taste.

This gastronomic adventure goes through the process of preparing trakhana and cooking it with homemade suzdrama. Your stay will end with a tasting treat, and if you wish, you can dress up in traditional local costumes and have your picture taken with them.
