Yoga in itself is a wonderful spiritual and physical practice that aims to lead a person to a path of knowing his essence, pure consciousness, peace and bliss. We combine this wonderful practice with one of the purest creatures on earth – puppies!
A yoga session consists of 30 minutes of yoga, 20 minutes of playing with the lovely puppies and 5 minutes of total relaxation. Immerse yourself in a world of purity and tranquility, escape the tension for an hour and immerse yourself in a bliss that will recharge you for weeks to come.
During the session, the puppies will walk and rest around you, and when they feel sufficiently rested they will join the play sessions with the participants.
The service includes:
- A 55-minute one-person puppy yoga session from Puppy Yoga
- Yoga mats
- Everything you need for the session
- Professional yoga instructor
Additional information:
- The 55-minute session is divided into 30 minutes of yoga practice, 20 minutes of playing with the puppies and 5 minutes of total relaxation.
- The session takes place in the company of small puppies, taking from 5-10 different babies in number, depending on the kennel.
- We welcome visitors over the age of 7, accompanied by an adult.
- All attendees, including children, must have a purchased ticket for the class.
- Any children who misbehave during the session will be forced to leave.
- There is a changing room in the hall if you wish to change into a sports team.
- The event is organized at least 2 times a month, with 3 sessions held on Saturday or Sunday from 14:00-14:55, 15:10-16:05, 16:20-17:15
- Advance booking is required
- You will find a telephone number for reservations on the back of the certificate
- The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
