There, in the heart of nature, where peace and quiet blissfully replace the unpleasant noise of cars, traffic and city bustle, we will take you on a delicious and different adventure - we will make pizza in an oven.

From the garden to the table

Ironically, this time the pizza will not be Italian - but purely Bulgarian. Made with freshly picked ingredients from the native land, grown in the lovely host's lovely country garden. We will gather the ingredients together, select the spices carefully and the non-hybrid tomatoes, freshly picked, will be the basis of the irresistible sauce for our pizza.

We will toss the pizzas in the oven, roll out the whole wheat dough, put on a fire and do everything the way it should be - from start to finish with expert baker Svilen Klasanov.
