When the eyes sleep, all the other senses awaken. This principle is the basis of Tak Sen therapy, which is an effective art therapy method for processing memories, emotions, sensations and the experiences we associate with them, but which are deeply embedded in our subconscious.

The eyes are responsible for the visual perception of our surroundings, and the hands are the ones that determine the tactile. When we turn off the eyes, which are also the dominant ones, and let the hands be the leaders, an authentic connection with our unconscious is obtained and this is exactly what makes the process successful. We provide silence in the mind in order to hear all the emotions whose cries call for our attention, but we have decided to silence them for one reason or another.

When hidden emotions and sensations come to the surface in the process, we can see them on a more conscious level, acknowledge them, explore them and process them.

TAK-SEN therapy is carried out with a set of 16 sculptures that activate the tactile-sensory experience of the participants, in order for them to connect with deep layers of their personality and to become aware of unknown aspects of their experiences.

The sculptures were created specifically for the purposes of the method. They are small sculptures that fit comfortably in the hand, made of porcelain and have strength and a wealth of shapes. The set comes in a specially made box with shaped sockets, individual for each sculpture. The box is not only the packaging of the set, but also an important part of the method of its application.

The sculptures are perceived with closed eyes by the participants by touching and processing the impressions in clay. The method includes three main stages:

1. EXPERIENCE of emotions, memories and the sensations and associations associated with them.

2. TRANSFORMATION of impressions through a new authorial form.

3. COMPARISON and experience of the two realities - internal and external.

The therapy is suitable for people of all ages and with different needs, for people who have embarked on the path to personal growth, for people with cognitive difficulties and for children over 15 years old with motor and movement problems.
