• The price includes a private villa with a veranda, use of a pool and jacuzzi with mineral water, sauna and aromatherapy, salt room, children's playground and trampoline, tents and a relaxation area, a tavern with a fireplace and a kitchen, outdoor barbecues, charcoal, cinema under the stars for children and adults, towels and bathrobes, cleaning, 24-hour parking, cable TV, internet, all taxes and fees.
• The pool and jacuzzi are year-round with the possibility of heating the water
• The capacity of one villa is 5+4 people, children and adults in total, as one of the bedrooms (third floor) is on the attic level and can be reached by an extension ladder (only for persons over 12 years old)
  
• Children under 12 stay for free
• If you wish to accommodate more people, you must make arrangements with the complex when making the reservation and pay extra on the spot
• Pets are not allowed
• For breakfast you can choose from 2 pcs. soft drinks or 2 pcs. fried slices with homemade jam or 2 pcs. princesses with cheese / ham and cheese / minced meat and cheese
• There is the possibility of catering, on-site massages and various activities, which you can ask about when making the reservation at the complex
• Advance booking is required
