The hotel's restaurant offers dishes prepared with high-quality and locally produced products. Amazing desserts and sweets are made from the raspberry plantations of the hotel. All pastas are masterfully prepared on site by the skilled hands of the restaurant's chefs. Dairy products are produced by Zaara Dairy. Vegetables and meats are also local because compromises with quality are impossible. The breakfasts, which are included with every night, are always fresh and appetizing. You could also add dinner to the overnight stays. A sample menu includes a vegetable millefeuille salad (grilled zucchini, house-made butternut squash, pine nuts, basil pesto and a bed of pink tomatoes). Main I option: - veal schnitzel with a pistachio crust, served with root vegetable mousse and a touch of white truffle. Main I I option: - Grilled salmon fillet with homemade hollandaise with capers, and a bed of root vegetable mousse, with a hint of fresh basil and brown butter. Dessert: "Zaara'" cheesecake (served in a glass, with crunchy sweet crumbs, Philadelphia cream and our raspberry jam) and Dogma wine.

The wine tasting includes 3 types of selected wines with a platter of bites from the Zaara dairy. This is the first Bulgarian wine aged at the bottom of the Black Sea, as a result of which the aging process of the wine is accelerated and the aftertaste is prolonged.

The delightful SPA area is the finishing touch to the already lovely corner of Zaara Estate. Here you will find a sauna, a steam bath, an indoor heated pool and a jacuzzi.
