Born in the foothills of Sredna Gora, this rakia is a blend of three noble Bulgarian grape varieties, aged for 9 months in oak barrels. It is created in a limited edition of only 501 bottles – a collector’s masterpiece that carries the spirit of the traditions and art of rakia production.
- Troyanska Plum Rakija – 15-year reserve (Bulgaria)
This rakia has an aroma of dried plums, vanilla, leather and a taste of plum jam, chocolate and smoky oak. It will charm you with a smooth, velvety and long finish, as well as with its combination with dried meats and dark chocolate.
- Modern Grape Rakija – 13 years (Gold Medalist at Rakia Fest Sofia 2024)
This rakia smells of golden raisins, grape must, almond and tastes of soft oak, caramel and fruity sweetness. It will impress you with a clean, amber finish with delicate spices, as well as with its combination with aged cheeses, nuts and fruit desserts.
