Yoga for Mom and Baby

Practice is exercise and massage for the youngest with which Mom and Baby together have fun and communicate.

The duration of the activity is 90 minutes and it includes both individual exercises for the mother and for the child and combined for both.

For mothers, exercises are primarily for restoration after pregnancy, pelvic floor muscles, cross, upper back, shoulders, legs and feet.

Yoga for Mum and Baby enables babies to chat with each other while Mommy makes their exercises.

The time is suitable for babies from 40 days to walk!

Yoga for children

Yoga for children is an hour appropriate for the age of 5 to 10 years.

During play and fun, children learn basic yoga poses, improve their stance and unload in a healthy way. Parents can join on request or wait for tea at other studio premises.

The service includes :

• One visit  "Joga practice for mother and baby" or "Children joga"

Additional information :

• The duration of the practice is 90 minutes
• From the "Additional services" button, you can choose three or five practices.
  
• The service requires prior reservation
• The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
