Teen Bread Therapy is a specially designed experience for girls ages 13–17 that combines bread-making, creativity, art therapy practices, and exercises for self-confidence, emotional maturity, and feminine growth.

This is not a culinary course, but a gentle therapeutic process in which girls express themselves, share, develop confidence, learn to feel their bodies, create with their hands, develop focus and patience, and create new friendships.

The workshop includes:

1. Getting to know and share an intention - girls bring up a topic in a safe and supportive environment that is important to them: confidence, friendship, dreams, boundaries, self-love, femininity, emotions.

2. Kneading different types of bread - each workshop has a theme and a different bread is made according to it:

• bread with seeds "Strength"
• bread with raisins "Sweetness"
• bread with cheese "Support"
• bread "My place"
• bread "Brave heart"

...and others, according to the season and the energy of the group.

3. Therapeutic and creative practices - while the dough rests, the girls do visualizations, art therapy, creative tasks, self-assessment exercises, psychophysical practices, rituals for connection, mini conversation circles, practices with musical or creative elements.

4. Baking the bread - the dough is baked at home, which brings a feeling of a continuation of the ritual in personal space.

The workshop is suitable for all girls at this important age of change, self-awareness and identity building. Each activity is adapted to this period - supportive, interesting, safe and unobtrusive.
