Modern Persian Cousine

The Persians have a fine and delicate taste. Compared to their southeastern neighbors Pakistan and India, they are much more capable of managing the rich aroma. And compared to their northwestern neighbors, Turkey, they cook much more recently.

The dishes are balanced and rich in a variety of products and spices.
During the course we will learn more about Persian favorite dishes, traditional and festive recipes.
 
Together we will prepare and taste:
  • Chicken or lamb kebab
  • Stewed eggplant with yogurt and baked nigella seeds
  • Fresh kuku omelet with fresh spices
  • Crispy rice with lentils and dates
  • Fast and spectacular halva cake and mascarpone mousse

We will also learn:

  • How to prepare a mix of spices for Persian dishes
  • Basic Persian salads
