Chocolate has always been one of the biggest temptations of all. And chocolate candy - even more. Each candy hides its own little sweet tasty surprise. Who can resist the gentle velvety melting chocolate with aromatic burst in the mouth?

In the course of Chocolates 1 we will talk about the theory and practice of tempering all kinds of chocolate.

We will make great mint and orange flavored truffles and candy-shaped shells to fill with salted caramel and delicate raspberry ganache. Of course, we can't do without coconut and we will make a version of our favorite Rafael candy.
