If you want to try the best wine and cuisine from the heart of Italy, you are invited to cook together the most iconic Tuscan dishes and drink the best Tuscan wines on the Bulgarian market. You will learn the most important about the varieties and style of Tuscany wines, their proper food combinations, the specific features of the kitchen in this land in the sun, wine and olives. We will make a handmade fresh pasta with duck sauce and boletus, delicious and aromatic fish and seafood in a rich herbal, vegetable and white wine sauce, prepare the most famous Tuscan soup and salad - fishes and pancake. We will finish with an incredible juicy chocolate cake with almonds and a breath of amaretto - the chocolate.

We will try them in the company of the best wines from Burgundy and Alsace on the Bulgarian market.
Together we will prepare and taste:

- Duck breasts with apple mousse
At the end of the course the meals will be tasted with a glass of appropriate class wine.
