SUP or stand up paddling, is a water sport where you stand up on a wide board, similar to a surfboard, using a paddle. It originated in the 1940s in the Hawaiian Islands and quickly became extremely popular due to the fact that it can be practiced in any body of water. Of course, the calmer the water, the more suitable it is for beginners and the easier, more comfortable and more enjoyable it is to learn. The sport of SUP, also known as paddle board, is extremely fun, teaches balance and tones the muscles of the whole body.

- You can choose from the 40-te Izvora dam, Golyam Beglik dam, Dospat dam, Zhrebchevo dam, Ognyanovo dam, Pchelina dam, Pyasachnik dam, Shiroka Polyana dam, Koprinka dam, Pancharevo lake, Iskar dam, Maritsa river, Vacha dam
- Adventure duration – 2 hours.
- The service is carried out from April to September in good weather conditions
- Starting times - 10:00; 13:00, 16:00
- The service is carried out in a group of at least four people.
- Participants do not need to be able to swim.
- The service is suitable for children over 7 years old.
- An adult companion is required for minors.
- Maximum weight of the participant - 120 kg.
- Advance booking is required at least 72 hours in advance.
- There will be a reservation phone number on the back of the certificate.
- The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- In case you are unable to use the voucher while the terms and conditions allow, you can choose another service within the validity period.
