• The service is held on Iskar Dam, in the "Lavandulite" area.
• The service is performed in the period May - September.
• Working hours: Monday - Sunday - 09:00 - 18:00
• Minimum age for using the service - 10 years.
• Persons under 18 years of age use the paddle on the shore of the dam, and a parent/guardian watches them from the shore.
• Recommended clothing - swimsuit or sportswear, water shoes (optional), hat and sunscreen.
• The service is subject to weather conditions.
• Advance reservation is required 1-2 days in advance.
• There will be a reservation phone number on the back of the certificate.
• The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you are unable to use the voucher while the terms allow, you can exchange the voucher for another service within the validity period.
