On the first floor of the house you will find an equipped kitchenette, a well-lit dining room with a wide table, a relaxation area with soft furniture and a wood-burning fireplace. The large south terrace on the floor will take your breath away with the extremely beautiful panoramic view to the south and east, and the comfortable chairs with a table there, will allow you to enjoy the view while eating or drinking your morning coffee. As the night falls, you can go up to the second floor, where two double beds with soft duvets and pillows await you.

There is no TV in the house on purpose, we also advise you to turn off your phones, forget about the outside world for a moment and enjoy your own company. We are expecting you!

• Overnight stays are valid for all days of the week
• Advance booking is required
• The heating on both floors is with local steam, heated by a wood-burning fireplace.
• As soon as you arrive at the house, it will be waiting for you heated with prepared, split and arranged wood. You are only expected to maintain the heat and fire you desire.
• Hot water in the house is from an electric boiler and is unlimited
• In the living room are located the kitchenette, the dining room and a cozy relaxation corner with comfortable, low upholstered furniture.
• On the second floor there is a bathroom and a toilet - a bedroom with a large double bed with a shared mattress;
• You are provided with: small and large towels, cooking utensils, dinnerware, capsule coffee machine (charged with two capsules per day), basic spices (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.)
• The place has mobile coverage, internet and parking space
• The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Well-behaved pets with hygienic habits are welcome in the studio for an additional fee of BGN 10 per night
• With a three-day advance request, you can order local production from us: large and small Smilyan beans; honey, propolis, bee glue; homemade bread - prepared on site; homemade yogurt and fresh milk, homemade eggs, homemade cheese
• Due to increased interest in the service, reservations are made several months in advance. You must make a reservation within 30 days after receiving the voucher.
