Meet the Dinner in the Dark - a concept that originated in one of the strongest gastronomic destinations in the world, Paris! Dinner in the Dark is both a game for your senses and tasting amazing delicacies. It is also a social experiment that draws you into the world of the blind.
At Dark for Two, you can pick up your half or your closest friend and turn off your eyesight for a few hours, indulging in your taste buds to guide you from one destination to another, allowing you to get to know each other within a few minutes or a dish a new kitchen, to learn the magic of cooking, able to give you a new kind of look at things, look through the prism of the palate. Here are the rules of this challenge ...
A diner in the dark begins in the light, where you will be graciously welcomed by the lovely hosts, completely blind people, who will explain to you what awaits you from here on out. Once you have your eyes closed so you can't see anything in front of you, they will take you to a specially prepared dining room. And this is where the internship and the tasty part start from… They will serve you various dishes, including traditional and non-traditional products.
However, don't expect it to be particularly easy with recognizing each dish, as the menu is prepared and served in extravagant form and with eccentric cooking techniques.
Ready to try without looking and taste unique dishes without peeking at your plate? Indulge in the temptation of delicious food and turn off your sight. Your sensitive palate is on the move ... And it knows what's delicious and what's delicious!
The service includes:
- Dinner for two on a five-course fusion menu at Tenebris restaurant
- Menu of choice - meat, fish, vegetarian or traditional Bulgarian menu
- Special selection of drinks
- Host available during dinner
- Cozy and peaceful atmosphere in the center of Sofia
Additional information:
- Dinner lasts between 1.5 - 2 hours
- During dinner, you will not have your personal belongings, including your mobile phone
- Advance reservations are required at least several months in advance, as well as menu choices
- The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- The voucher will have a link to a booking calendar
