Survival Skills Course

Fire is the greatest victory in human survival. Mastering fire unleashes a series of discoveries and drastically changes his life. If we find ourselves in a real survival situation, we will most likely lose the benefits of civilization. Then we can turn again to our old friend - the fire. That is why the ability to light and use fire in the wild is so important. The course is held in a place selected by our team, safe for lighting a fire in nature, where there are all available conditions and materials to simulate a real situation. We will get acquainted with all phases - from getting a small coal and flame, to effectively maintaining the fire throughout the night in extreme situations.

Main topics in the course:

- safety, preparation and the three main components of the fire

- methods for lighting fires in the wild

- use of magnesium flint

- alternative ways of lighting a fire

- control and maintenance of fire

- types of fire suitable in a survival situation

- safety and protection of nature from fire

Additional information:

• The practice on terrain is conducted in the area around Sofia
• The service is dependent on weather conditions
• Pre-booking is required
• The dates of the coiurses are determined in advance, the reservation is dependend on the availability.
• The courses are conducted in groups and the availability is limited.
• The participants will sign an advanced contract with the supplier of the service.
• Required personal equipment: shoes and clothes, suitable for the rest and passing into extreme conditions of the plan (conditions of sanding, removing, watering, cold weather, moisture, bitterness, etc.),including:  water-proof gloves, two caps ( for cold and snot that cold weather), thermo-underwear- roof and length, two pairs of good socks, backpack with a volume of at least 40 liters
• The certificate is valid for all one-day courses during 2021
